No Refunds: Once an order is placed for your chosen size, abayas are non-refundable.
No Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges.
Sizing Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements when ordering.
Handmade Variations: Please note that there may be a 1-2cm variation in measurements due to the handmade nature of our abayas.
Reporting Window: Any manufacturing defects must be reported via DM within 48 hours of delivery.
Qualifying Defects: Defects include missing items, mismatches, or tailoring errors.
Your Rights: If a manufacturing defect exists, it is the customer’s right to request either a full refund or an exchange for that specific item.
To ensure the perfect fit, please double-check your length and bust measurements against our size guide (sizes 52–60) before transferring funds. If you have any questions about how to measure, feel free to ask before you pay!
